Returns & Exchanges

At Rosaé Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return them for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into your customer account, select your order, and choose the items you wish to return to generate your return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
